Cacao Nibs are the healthiest and purest way to eat chocolate. They are a superfood that contains a wide variety of phytonutrients including high levels of sulfur, magnesium, and phenylethylamine. Cocoa nibs have more antioxidant activity than tea, wine, blueberries or even goji berries and you can include them in your diet in countless ways.
I started drinking this latte to feel more active at work and I have LOVED it ever since.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa nibs
2 teaspoons of soluble coffee or 1 Shot of Espresso
Coconut sugar to your liking – I usually add 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
ADDRESSES
- Heat the almond milk with the cacao nibs.
- In a blender, mix all the ingredients. Or, blend the milk and cacao nibs, then transfer all the ingredients to a mug and mix with a frother.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy.
